My favorite holiday recipe is Apple Cranberry
Casserole. It compliments any meal, with its sweet
taste and the slightly crunchy texture your guests
are sure to comment on this great dish. It has
become a tradition in the Nelson home.
3 cups unpeeled apples (Wine sap)
2 cups raw cranberries (washed)
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup sugar
Put fruit in rectangular dish and sprinkle with flour and sugar.
Melt 1 stick margarine
Add 1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
MIx the above well and spread onto fruit
Bake at 325 for one Hour. Feeds 4 - 6 people.
